Form Submissions

When visitors submit trade applications on this site we collect the data provided by the visitor on the form. We use the data to contact applicants to establish a trade relationship. 

A Trade Account means an established business to business relationship for the purpose of ordering and shipping Fishing Float Art products. We do not provide a login to an online trade account, and orders must be emailed with a completed order form attached.  This site does not place cookies on visitor browsers. Therefore you must make every effort to retain and protect the email password provided. A completed and submitted application for a Trade Account assumes you will not share or reveal the password provided to you. 

Fishing Float Art retain the right to close an account where these terms are considered to be breached.

How long we retain your data

If you submit a trade account application, the data submitted is retained for so long as a trading relationship is in place with Fishing Float Art. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We retain the applicants form data for as long as there is a trading relationship with Fishing Float Art. When a trade account is closed or inactive for 12 months, the data provided by the applicant is deleted within 3 months of closing the account, or from the date of the inactivity reaching 12 months. 

What rights you have over your data

If you have a trade account, or have applied for a trade account you can request to receive an exported file of the data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor data submitted from the page https://fishingfloatart.co.uk/apply-here is sent to an online account manged by JotForm online. The data is only available to the Fishing Float Art account holder.
